Anyone here have some experience with the Wix Chat app? Any thoughts? Good? Bad? Ugly?
In particular, does the Wix chat icon float on the page (especially on mobile devices) or does it remain in a fixed location on the page?

When wixCode was launched one of the features on the roadmap was exposing wixChat as an API, however it never happened. In the meantime there are other alternatives that you can use with the HTML box.
