In the current Covid-19 environment, my restaurant clients have had to adapt their business. One way is by using Wix Restaurants Ordering as a table ordering tool. Overall, I’m super pleased with Wix Restaurants. Its easy for both customers and clients to use and looks great. My only problem is the inability to customise any of the fields at checkout. I’m using the tool as a table ordering service, allowing customers to place orders for food and drinks without them having to interact with staff. I’ve set this up as ‘Pick Up’ in Wix Restaurants. If there was an ability to change the text within the ordering app, I could remove all mention of the word ‘Pick Up’. I could also change the ‘Phone Number’ field in the checkout to ‘Table Number’. Is this something that could be easily changed? Functionality is perfect, just need to change some basic text fields. At the moment, I’m asking customers to note their table number in ‘special requests’, but many are forgetting to do this and its causing isses with the bar/kitchen. #featurerequest #wixrestaurants
