I’m having the same issue, it happened repeatedly while screen sharing with client today. This is a major bug!

Yes this is SO ANNOYING My project has been delayed so much because this making building pages impossible

March 2026, and this issue is still happening. No matter what I do, the element will not disconnect from the cursor. This builder is insufferable. How is it still this slow and laggy and so complicated???
