Hello, I have been doing web design with Wix for as long as I can remember (approximately 5 years), but I still have problems connecting to customer services. Nova usually forwards me by e-mail and I have to wait 2 or 1 day, but customers do not want to wait that long and they rebel. This is a really important issue. So, if Wix CEO comes to me and tells me what is the biggest problem in Wix, I would definitely say communication. With love and respect from Turkey
