They say time flies when you’re having fun, and this week has been exactly that - fun. More and more people are getting hands-on, and beginning to share sites built on Wix Studio. (It’s only been 10 days!

I can’t believe it’s been a week since our last Community Weekly Roundup, but here we are with Edition 2. I’ve been thinking it’s the sort of name that deserves its own little jingle 
Anyway, before I get carried away let’s dive into exactly why you’re here - it’s Roundup time! Here’s what you need to know.

As I began writing this week’s roundup, I saw a notification in the top right of the forum, next to my profile picture. I’d been tagged in a topic by @loeiks with the notification simply reading “Here it is: Connect Google Cloud Firestore to Wix (External DB Collection)”.
I clicked on it and well, all I can say is I was very impressed. If you’re a developer, go take a read over the incredible tutorial @loeiks put together explaining how to Connect Google Cloud Firestore to Wix. (But only once you’ve finished here

We’re going for 2 community spotlights today, so here’s the second.
Earlier this week, @clsnlsen launched Jessica, an AI Speech Therapist on Product Hunt. Available 24/7 and armed with AI, LLMs and speech recognition, this is a huge testament to what’s possible with Wix. I can’t wait to see where you take this one @clsnlsen.

On Monday, August 7th, we began our series of daily webinars, covering all the essentials you need to know about Wix Studio, best practices, and more. If you missed any of them, don’t fear, they’re all being recorded for you to watch on demand. And if you haven’t RSVPed to any of the upcoming ones, now is the time to do so.
Our Wix Studio Discord is growing nicely and is the perfect space to connect with others in your local geo. If you’re attending any of the upcoming in-person Studio events, I’d recommend hopping over to see who else is attending your location.

We all love a beta, right? Well, wow, I have a big one for you. I’ve already seen some chatter around it, but here we go… Responsive AI in Wix Studio.
