Happy New Year!!! ETA for Canada???

@kristasdesignstudio hi there! Are you still unable to see the new integration? Are you part of the Workflows pilot program?

@luis-serrano Hello!

Has our support team been able to look into this for you?

@stevecrayne I hope you were able to get this sorted with our support team. Thank you for your patience :slight_smile:

@sheyla thanks for following up. yes I do have it. however my leads are not flowing into the app now.

Hi there!

It’s a gradual rollout, so keep an eye out :slight_smile:

@sheyla GAAAAH! Ok ok! This manual process is killing me now that I know the new one is out there ahahhahahah

Hi @kristasdesignstudio

I wanted to follow up with you about this. Currently you can’t reply to initial leads ( as you would through your partner dashboard) in the Wix mobile app. This is because the partner dashboard isn’t supported in the wix mobile app (yet).

However, if you start a conversation with a lead, those threads should populate in your Wix Inbox via mobile as well. I hope that helps :slight_smile:

Unfortunately they don’t… :frowning: but thanks for the follow up.

@avanidigitalwixpartn it’s well worth the wait, I promise! :slight_smile:

I also added this on the facebook page, I apologize for posting in both places I just want to make sure that it’s receiving the visibility to those who need to see it from wix.

I don’t want to complain about the new CRM as I’m not opposed to change but I’ve been finding it a real hassle. Especially with not having the direct email addresses from the clients. This Is a response I’ve received and not the first time…I’m hoping that wix can somehow figure this situation out so I don’t lose any more leads.

ā€œTbh All of the responses I have had, have contained broken links, been flagged up as dangerous by my Anti Virus (Norton 360). And when hovering over any of your links, I am shown at least 20 lines of random text that is obviously the Link. Not exactly a good first impression and not something I want on my site. Thank you for your interest and all the best.ā€

Side note: I use a 3rd party to create my proposals and having to ask the lead for their direct email address to send them a quote is really awkward, they have no idea that we don’t know their email addresses. PLEASE BRING THIS BACK!

Hi Krista, I saw your post in our FB community. Again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. As I previously mentioned, I’ve forwarded your feedback to our product team. I’ll keep you posted should I hear back.

@reinhardts Awesome! Can’t wait to be able to say something less generic than ā€œHi there,ā€ in my marketplace lead responses. :wink:

Hi guys i have a question

I have an (a) automation linked to a column in a workflow that sends (3) emails for example:

Automation (a) with 3 steps

  • 1st email as soon as it’s triggered
  • 2nd email 12 hours later
  • 3rd email two days before

When i add a contact to this column the automation is triggered → This is OK

But what happens if I move the contact card from the column were the automation (a) is linked to column (b) without any automation?

Automation (a) stops and breaks the process?
Or Automation (a) will complete all the steps and the stops?

I hope you understand my spanglish :slight_smile:

Kind Regards,

Hi Saul, I’m not sure if you manually ā€œskip a stepā€ in an automation, it will be forwarded to the next trigger. I advise you to test it and find out if it worked or not.
