@sheyla At least 2-3 times a month I have clients that were not interested email me that they want to move forward so what happens next? Can I just reopen the lead like I used to?

@stevenjose No it has not been resolved and today I spent at least an hour going through all the trouble shooting steps. Support confirmed my records are updated. I have emailed them and let them know someone needs to schedule time to remote my PC and figure out what is going on. I am at my breaking point.

Yeah! The new CRM lead notifications are now working for my Office 365 and all is well in Wix Wix Land. Thank you Wix Support @stevenjose @sheyla @brett

According to this post all partners should have the new CRM as of December 12. I am a wix partner in the marketplace and do NOT have the new CRM… :sob: any idea when I can expect to see this?? I am an English US partner.

Ahhhh Maybe this is the same issue that I’m having. @raeanne how were you have to have this migrated. It’s connected to an old site that I don’t even use any more I want it on the dashboard

@brett Yes but your email signature does not show images when sent and when the lead replies you do not get a notification via email so you have to always check your inbox for notifications.

Leads that cancel their project are not being removed from the contact list. Is this supposed to be this way? @brett @sheyla @stevenjose Ticket ID. 134030571

I am no longer receiving emails from support@wix.com to my company email. This is now going on for 3 days Ticket 517658374 @sheyla @brett @stevenjose Support is communicating to me via my personal Gmail. We have exchanged too many emails to count and have had multiple calls where I followed all the steps they asked me to fix.

I created a Marketplace automation with a beautiful email design template to respond to leads. I then duplicated this design so I could create a automated Workflow follow-up to leads. But after duplicating and changing to Workflow, the design reset and will no require an hour to design again. YIKES.

Hi Steven, I just checked the ticket and the agent replied with a screenshot showing that the name of the contact you’re referring to does not appear on your contact list. If this is not the case, reply to the ticket and let the team know.

Hi Steven, have you tried contacting your email provider to see if the problem might be on their end?

@stevenjose I let them know and sent screen shot.

@stevenjose I have not because Wix support said my email records were correct and that everything else is working except that I am not getting emails from Wix support or am I getting email notifications when contacts reply or book a service. I have turned off my leads now till after Christmas but if this is not fixed soon I have to see what other options I have. I find it mind boggling that my CRM I had created just using my Office 365 is far superior to the new CRM and I was able to have the highest level of personalization in all my communications that resulted in a 7% conversation rate and all that is gone. No more personalized email signature, automations that just allow one type of reply with no dynamic value for the first name. Perhaps it would no be as bad as it is now if it were not for all the other issues I’m having. Hope you liked my blog post, I though it came out well.
